The FORMULA(S) integrated high-power water-cooled nanosecond laser, upgraded from the original FORMULA technology platform, boasts a wide range of applications, compact size, excellent compatibility, and self-monitoring power technology. The new FORMULA continues to demonstrate leading spot quality (M² < 1.2) and ultra-long lifespan, meeting the requirements of 24/7 industrial production for efficient and high-quality laser processing.
The FORMULA(S) series lasers utilize AOC's world-leading intracavity frequency doubling technology, achieving industry-leading frequency doubling efficiency, making it the highest-efficiency solid-state ultraviolet laser in its class. The laser power ranges from 15W to a maximum of 27W, while optimized power output at high repetition rates, allowing it to adapt to a wider range of applications and improve customer processing efficiency. The laser can be controlled using TTL level signals and PWM pulse width modulation signals. Customers can control the laser's power output via PWF parameters or the duty cycle of the PWM signal in the internal control software.
