The FORMULA series lasers, upgraded from the original AWAVE technology platform, boast superior optical performance. While maintaining the leading spot quality (M² < 1.2), the operating frequency range has been expanded from 30-150kHz to 10-300kHz.
Furthermore, the power output at high repetition rates has been optimized, allowing the lasers to adapt to a wider range of applications and improve customer processing efficiency.
The FORMULA series lasers utilize AOC's world-leading intracavity frequency doubling technology, achieving industry-leading frequency doubling efficiency, making it the most efficient solid-state ultraviolet laser in its class. Laser power ranges from 15W to 25W, with a maximum output of up to 40W, meeting most customer power requirements for nanosecond ultraviolet lasers.
The lasers can be controlled using TTL level signals and PWM pulse width modulation signals. Customers can control the laser's power output through PWF parameters or the duty cycle of the PWM signal in the internal control software.
The FORMULA series features a compact optoelectronic integrated design, excellent beam quality, wide operating frequency, flexible control methods, and comprehensive power coverage, making it the best choice for applications such as precision micromachining, flying marking, and FPC/PCB cutting.
